Over the past 20 years, I’ve done a lot of climbing and backcountry ski trips, primarily in the Canadian Rockies but in recent years also in other ranges of Canada and elsewhere. Though I do some rock and sport climbing, my main focus has been alpine climbing in the summer and, in winter, ski mountaineering, telemark turning (I haven’t gone over to the dark side yet) and long spring glacier traverses.

The following is a list of trip reports, with photos, from longer and memorable mountaineering excursions I’ve undertaken in recent years. This is a work in progress that will be updated following new adventures and if I ever get around to typing up older trips of note.
